ADU, Snohomish, WA

We managed the construction of this ADU over a period of 6 months after 3 months of designing. Aside from the ADU itself, we reconstructed the landscape adding gravel driveways and fresh soil. We also installed a rockery which encloses a built in garden, exterior steps leading to the back field, a hot tub concrete patio, drain rock along the sides and brick masonry around the garage wings to give it a beautiful finish and of course a massive cedar deck.
